Decision taken:

The PFCC has approved the option to extend the contract for multifunctional devices support and maintenance with Canon UK Limited. The contract will now run from the 17^th September 2019 to 16^th September 2021 and the estimated costs are £94k dependent on usage.

Professional operational, financial and legal advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports frontline operational needs and represents value for money.
