Decision taken

Award the contract for the supply of 200 Laptops to CDW for the total contract value of £267,796 exc VAT. This contract is for the next tranche of laptops for the laptop replacement cycle, primarily focussed at the 0365 users required in the business pilot phase and those users with older devices across the force.

Details of advice taken

Professional financial and legal advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports business need and represents value for money.
