The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has taken the decision to:

To purchase the Freehold of Giffard House which is located in Northampton. This building will house the training functions for Northamptonshire Police which are being relocated from Wootton Hall. As part of the purchase, a 10% deposit of the agreed purchase price £1.6M +VAT will be paid.
