Decision taken:

To agree a one year contract with WPC for COMPACT which is a missing persons case management system that has been developed in collaboration with UK Police Forces. It supports and efficiently manages the many processes associated with missing people. The cost of the one year contact is £11,243.74.

Professional financial and legal advice has been sought to ensure the decision best supports business need and represents value for money.
