The Police and Crime Commissioner is not required by legislation to take decisions in any specified way or to any timescale. Decisions may be taken at any time provided they follow the published policy of the Commissioner and that decisions of significant public interest are published (as required by Statutory Instrument 2011/3050 The Elected Local Policing Bodies Specified Information Order 2011).
Decisions will be taken:
