  1. I am writing under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act to request a copy of your policing plan and/or information about your strategy and allocated budget and staff and other resources committed to the enforcement of the Hunting Act 2004.

I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that some of the information you requested is held by the Office of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner.

It is important to understand that The Office of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) and Northamptonshire Police are two separate legal entities. In relation to the first part of your request, a copy of the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Plan can be downloaded from our website at: Police & Crime Plan

In relation to the second part of your request, the OPCC does not hold any information. Information regarding operational policing matters is the responsibility of Northamptonshire Police, therefore the OPCC would not hold any of the information you have requested. Northamptonshire Police’s Information Unit may hold some of the information you are seeking.   1. Can you please tell me the total monetary amount of police precept collected for Northamptonshire Police and any percentage increase from the previous year for 2016, 2017 and 2018.

    police staff on long-term stress leave during the last year for which figures are available, as
    well as the total number of days they were on stress leave for, both broken down by staff
    category, if possible to include without incurring unreasonable cost or time effort for you.

However, the Chief Constable of Northamptonshire Police does assist the Northamptonshire Police and Crime Commissioner by making available resources delegated to the Force by the Commissioner.
