I am writing to advise you that, following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.
The Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) and Northamptonshire Police are two separate legal entities. Information regarding operational policing matters is the responsibility of Northamptonshire Police, therefore the OPFCC does not hold any of the information you have requested. 2020 I am can confirm that the Office of the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner did not submit evidence to the consultation “Strengthening police powers to tackle unauthorised encampments”.
The Northamptonshire Countywide Traveller Unit (CTU) which brings together a specialist multi-disciplinary team to deal with the gypsy and traveller issues across the county in a co-ordinated and proactive way may have submitted a response on behalf of the county. The Chief Constable of Northamptonshire Police however assists the Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner by making available resources delegated to the Force by the Commissioner. This includes Information, Communication and Technology Services. Information relating to these services is the responsibility of Northamptonshire Police, therefore the OPFCC does not hold any of the information you have requested. – Voice for Victims and Witnesses –IDVA/ Sunflower service
– Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service
– EVE- also a specialist DA provider in the county
– Hair care professionals from the county on their own lived DA experiences
