Screen Northants Ltd. – £8,950
The funding will go towards producing a film working with teenagers on Child Sexual Exploitation.
Screen Northants will link in with the OPFCC and Northamptonshire Police to better understand the needs in Northamptonshire around CSE and work with young people, including those that are vulnerable to create the film. This will link in with the Police and Crime Plan theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe by raising awareness of CSE and grooming.
Service Six – £5,670
The grant will enable the group to deliver workshops to primary school children and their parents, both together and individually to improve their understanding of the dangers of online grooming and online safety.
This project will focus on the |area of Corby where there has been an identified gap. This will support the theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe.

Northampton Street Pastors – £3,000
The funding will enable the group to continue to run the Street Pastor programme in Northampton.
Those enjoying the Northampton’s Night Time Economy facilities will feel safe, potential crime will be averted, and vulnerable individuals will be protected and supported. This will link in with the Police and Crime Plan theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe and protecting people from harm.
Shudan Community Interest Company – £9,560
The fund will enable the group to provide diversionary activities on the Hemmingwell estate.
They will run a series of workshops during our youth work sessions that look at preventing offending / reoffending and which will also encompass online safety. This will link in with the Police and Crime Plan theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe
Free 2 Talk – £8,034
Community based groupwork and mentoring to support building informal education on CSE, gang grooming, preventing offending and re-offending, online safety (hidden harm).
This will link in with the Police and Crime Plan theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe by raising awareness of gangs and grooming.

Northamptonshire Search & Rescue – £8,517
The grant will enable the group to upgrade their radio network to provide a secure communications system to improve their search and rescue services throughout Northamptonshire.
This supports the Police and Crime Plan theme of Community Partnerships by enabling us to respond to the needs of the community, including those that are vulnerable due to being missing.
East Northants Community Services – £8, 847
The funding will enable the group to continue to provide their recovery house rehabilitation service which supports those suffering from substance addiction to recover and stop substance abuse through their 6 bed residential rehab center.
This supports the Police and Crime Plan theme of protecting people from harm where Drugs, Alcohol or Mental Health are a factor.
Support Northamptonshire – £9, 586
The grant will be used to develop a community-led safety network to help prevent crime, including hate crime and fear of crime across Wellingborough.
This supports the Police and Crime Plan theme of Community Partnerships by supporting the community to feel safer and encourage increase in reporting crime.

Northamptonshire Neighbourhood Watch Association – £9,460
The group will use their funding to develop their ‘Operation Target’ initiative with an aim to build safer communities for the long-term. Operational work and activities will be delivered to improve crime awareness, vigilance and reporting in the County.
This supports the Police and Crime Plan theme of Community Partnerships by supporting the community to feel safer and encourage increase in reporting crime.

Northamptonshire Crimestoppers – £4,725
The grant will enable the group to produce theatre productions that raise awareness around gangs and grooming by working in partnership with the Solomon Theatre Company delivering to 7 schools across Wellingborough and East Northants.
This will link in with the Police and Crime Plan theme of early intervention and keeping the young safe by raising awareness of gangs and grooming.
Pearls of Peace – £9,520
The funding will enable the group to run a counselling and bus hire service to tackle the impact of Hate Crime thus meeting the Police and Crime Plan theme of Community Partnerships; Tackling anti-social behavior and hate crime to make people feel and be safer
C2C Social Action – £10,000
The grant will enable the group to continue to run their women’s centre and extend the service to other vulnerable women, working with, amongst others, victims of domestic abuse, those with Mental ill health or social care involvement.
This project meets two areas of the Police and Crime Plan, Protecting people from harm and putting victims at the heart of justice.
Unity Leisure t/a Northampton Leisure Trust – £5,000
The grant will enable the group to continue their Northampton Street Sports project in an area of Wellingborough with high ASB and gang activity to reduce anti-social behaviour and a diversion from getting involved in crime.
This supports the Keeping the young safe theme within the Police and Crime Plan.
